We have spent the last three weeks learning all about good nutrition! We followed the adventures of Little D, a very unhealthy dragon, who needed the help of the Royal Food Family. We learned what the five food groups are, how each group helps our body, and what foods are part of each group. We also talked a lot about how exercise and sleep help keep our body healthy.
